NOTE: GRATEFUL THANKS TO IAN MASON FOR SETTING THIS WEBSITE UP DURING THE SUMMER OF 1998. HE RAN IT UNTIL JUNE 2002 WHEN IT WAS TAKEN OVER BY RICHARD POULAIN, THE THEN CLUB FOOTBALL SECRETARY. WHEN RICHARD LEFT THE CLUB IN DECEMBER 2002 THE WEBSITE RAN INTO UPDATING PROBLEMS.

I FINALLY GOT TO GRIPS WITH IT IN SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER 2003 AFTER DISCUSSION WITH RICHARD AND A FORTUNATE MEETING WITH IAN AT WITTON ALBION.

I HOPE I HAVE DONE JUSTICE TO IT SINCE THEN

Excellent site, While I'm only 16 and never been to England I am an avid fan of Halifax Town, however with the success of another West Yorkshire club (Emley of Course), I have began following Emley's results on the web, it has been a great season for Emley, except for that little altercation between your players at the McAlpine at the end of last year in the Sheffield cup. Good Luck to Emley next year.

cheers John
P.S. If there's any way I can get hold of a program it would be most appreciated.

Very good web site - ideal for all Emley's long distance fans to follow the club's progress.

WOW...It's been a while since I moved away from my beloved Huddersfield. I've followed Town over the Net, and now, unbelievable, I can do the same with Emley. All the best for the current season.

Hello,
Good luck for the forthcoming season. I'm going to miss coming up to Emley and enjoying the banter with the old folks behind the goal.
I still remember the evening match where we got stuck on the motorway for hours and ended up getting to your ground at 9:20pm....luckily the team had also been delayed and it was
just half-time.
Maybe we'll meet you in the trophy,
Cheers,

Very professional site. Missing watching Emley since I moved over here in February. Still, I'll be back for a fortnight at Christmas so should see a few games. I also had it written into my contract that should Emley reach the FA CUP first round proper I can take time off from work to fly back for the games. Hopefully I'll be back in England plenty of times!
Cheers

What a delight to see the Emley website, introduced to me by fellow Rastrickian (Brighouse) Matt Grandage in Singapore. As president of the Yokohama Branch (Unofficial) of the HTFC Supporters Club (sole member at the moment) it is good to spread the delights of the game in these exotic parts. Emley stands for all that's no nonsense in a world of glamour and Spin Doctors. Good Show. Keep it up. PJ

What?! How come a piddly team like Emley has its own official website, whereas my club, the MIGHTY ..er..Halifax Town doesn't? Anyway, I follow any clubs from Yorkshire. We should break away from the rest of England and form our own nation. One up the Tudors, eh?

I've just discovered your website on the net and have to say how impressed I am by it. It puts many larger and so called more prestigious clubs to shame.
I had the pleasure of working at the T.V mast a couple of years ago and took in a couple of games while I was there, I thoroughly enjoyed myself and was made to feel very welcome by the locals, since then I've had a soft spot for Emley and they are one of the first scores I look out for. Good luck in the Cup on Saturday and hopefully in the near future a visit in the Conference from my home town of Woking will be a possibility.
Good Luck Austen Reedman

Congratulations on making the F.A. Cup First Round. My name is Tim Shaw and I am the joint web-author of the Official Rotherham United F.C. Website. I've seen that Neil has already signed the Guestbook, and I hope that you have chance to look at our official site and his unofficial, but still great, Millers On-Line. Please feel free to add a comment on the site to our guestbook, and look around the site. It would also be good if you could e-mail some details about team news for Emley before the game on the 14th November to put on the site, such as injuries suspensions, and new signings. I am a Rotherham fan, and I have to admit that your website is a very professional one for a non-league team, nearly as good as ours!

Hi I'm Matthew Higginbottoms' girlfriend (football widow) and I would just like to say how much I enjoy watching Emley whether it be the first team, reserves or the under 19's.I must admit it's best when we win because Matt comes home in a good mood, and just incase you were wondering where he gets his fiery temper from, I have no idea.

Perhaps we could save all the hassle of playing next week's match and let us take our rightful place in the last 4?

Comments: I used to watch you regularly both home and away, sometimes travelling on the team bus to away matches. But now, Due to ill health I am not able to get as often as I would like. I do the next best thing by keeping a record of all your fixtures including team line ups etc. Now I've discovered your web site I'll be able to keep more up to date. Good luck today against Whitby.

Comments: came across your site whilst trying to locate a past great hero of "The Posh", namely Peter Price. Peter, might well be interested to know that I am currently co-ordinating with Peterborough United to create a "Posh" museum and if he has any personal momentos that he would like housed in the museum from his Peterborough days, we'd be only to happy to oblige. It's early days for the museum at present, we are at the design stage, but still are keeping a keen eye out for items to display. Please pass my message on to Peter and wish him all the best, I'd love to hear from him for he is fondly remembered by many people in Peterborough.
