If travelling from Sheffield the best option is to catch bus service 42
(to Chesterfield) from the Sheffield Central Bus Station.
Bus frequency from Sheffield is every half an hour on Saturdays, but only
every hour weekdays.
However, services
returning to Sheffield are infrequent.
Another option is to
catch service 53 (to Low Edges) alighting at the stop after Meadowhead
roundabout, near The Moat House Hotel.
Then continue on foot
down the dual carriageway, towards Dronfield / Chesterfield.
Circumnavigate the large roundabout until you reach The Bowshaw Inn.
