Bamber Bridge

Official Directions: 

Ground: Irongate Ground, Brownedge Road, Bamber Bridge, Preston Tel: 01772 909690

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire (changes to M60 West at Junction 18 - go straight ahead) 
Leave M 60 at Junction 15 and join M 61, signposted Preston. Move to left hand lanes!
Leave M 61 at junction 9 and join M 65 signed for Preston.
Continue to the end of the M 65 (an unusual roundabout).
At the main roundabout proceed straight across - this is London Way.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into
Brownedge Road East
Then take 1st exit on right.
Ground is on the left at bottom of the road

Bamber Bridge Railway station is 1 mile from ground

Bradford Park Avenue

Official Directions 

Take M 62 to Junction 26 and join M 606.  
Leave at end of motorway to roundabout.
Take A 6036 signposted Halifax and proceed past Odsal Stadium on left.
At next roundabout, Odsal Top, take 3rd exit A 6036 towards Halifax. 
After approx 1 mile turn left down Cemetery Road, by the Kings Head pub.
Ground is 150 yards on left.
   

Alternative
   
Take A 641 Bradford Road from Huddersfield and proceed via Brighouse and Bailiff Bridge.
Continue through Lower Wyke and Low Moor and leave at Odsal Top roundabout.
Join the A 6036 signposted Halifax. Then as above.  

Nearest railway station is in Bradford city centre - need to catch a bus to ground

Bridlington Town

Either:

Take M 1 North out of West Yorkshire on the M 1 /A1 link road.
Join the A1 North.
Exit at the A 1 and join the A 64 signposted York.
Leave the A 64 York ring road and take the exit signed Bridlington A 166
At Driffield take the A 614 signed Bridlington and proceed through Burton Agnes.

or:

Take the M 62 East out of West Yorkshire.
Leave the motorway at Exit 37, just over the bridge, signposted Howden
At roundabout turn right and join the A 614 signposted Driffield
At Driffield take the A 614 signed Bridlington and proceed through Burton Agnes.
 

On the approach to Bridlington, after Bessingby, the road becomes the
A 165 signed Scarborough.
Continue straight on at traffic lights (there is a hospital on the right) and follow the road round a right hand bend.

The A 165 reaches a large roundabout with a petrol station on your left.
Go straight across at the roundabout and then a right turn at a mini roundabout and follow the signs for the town centre on the A 1038.
Proceed down the road with shops on both sides.
At traffic lights the  Queensgate Ground is signposted as a left turn
Ground is 800 yards up that road on the right.
   

Chorley

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire (changes to M60 West at Junction 18 - go straight ahead) 
Leave M 60 at Junction 15 and join M 61, signposted Preston. Move to left hand lanes!

Leave M 61 at junction 6 (the Bolton Wanderers ground exit) and follow A 6 North signposted Chorley.
As you approach the town centre and before you get to the dual carriageway by pass:
turn left into Duke Street (near Chorley Lighting centre)
After 120 yards turn left into Ashby Street.
After 60 yards turn right to Victory Park.

Ground is about 1/2 mile from Chorley Railway station

Clitheroe

My Directions:

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire to Junction 18 and join M 66. (signposted Bury, Burnley, Blackburn)
At the end of the motorway it becomes the A 56 dual carriageway.
Keep following the A 56, stay in the inside lane to avoid the tricky intersection to Rawtenstall.
When you reach the roundabout at the top of the hill on the go straight ahead on the A 56 following
signs to the M 65
Go down steep hill until you reach the motorway roundabout
Go under motorway and follow Clitheroe signs on the A 678
Turn left on A 671 to Whalley and Clitheroe.
At roundabout at the junction with the A 59 turn right onto the A 59 dual carriageway towards Clitheroe.
Go straight ahead at next 2 roundabouts on the Clitheroe bypass.
After 1/2 mile then turn left at Pendle Road.
After 1 mile reach Bridge Inn on the right - ground is behind the pub. 

Ground is about 1/2 mile from Clitheroe Railway station 

Alternative:
You can also go via Skipton taking the A 59 to Clitheroe at the far end of the Skipton bypass. As you
go along the Clitheroe bypass, Pendle Road would then be a turning on your right. 

 

Curzon Ashton

Official Directions:

Take M 62 west out of West Yorkshire. 
Leave the M 62 at Junction 18
Join the M 60 signposted for Stockport and Airport
Leave the M60 at junction 23 signposted for Ashton-U-Lyne.
Turn right at the top of the slip road signposted A635 Manchester.
Turn right at the second set of traffic lights, signposted Ashton Moss. (Lord Sheldon Way)
Continue on this road until you come to a set of traffic lights with the Cineworld Cinema on your right.
Turn left here onto Richmond St.
Proceed over the bridge, across the mini-roundabout and then take the first left down to the ground.

My Alternative 

Leave Holmfirth and take A 635 over the moors to Greenfield. 
Take A 635 to Mossley and onto Stalybridge. 
Keep on A 635 round Ashton bypass (dual carriageway) and follow signs for M 60. 
There is a tricky roundabout at the end of the by pass with a church in the middle.
Get into the inside lane and when you pass the A 635 exit towards Manchester, move into the outside lane. 
At the last set of traffic lights on the roundabout turn left into Ricmond Street.
As you proceed up Richmond Street you should see the Cineworld Cinema on the left.
Proceed over the bridge, across the mini-roundabout and then take the first left down to the ground.

Take the M 62 West from West Yorkshire to Junction 18 and join the M 66. (signposted Bury, Burnley, Blackburn)
Exit M 66 at Junction 2.
Follow the signs for Bury Football Ground on the A 58.
After 0.5 miles turn left, at the traffic lights by the Crown Hotel, into Heywood Street (signposted Football Ground)
After 0.4 miles turn right at second mini roundabout into Wellington Road (signposted Football Ground and Salford Manchester B B6291)
At the next mini roundabout turn left into Market Street.
After 0. 1 miles go straight ahead at the next mini roundabout.
After 0.2 miles turn right at a T junction into Gigg Lane 

Garforth Town

Official Directions:

Take the M1 - A1(M) link road north out of West Yorkshire
Leave the M 1 at Junction 47 (you can see the Stand on the right)
Take the turning signposted Garforth A 642.
After approximately 200 yards turn left into the housing estate (Cedar Ridge) opposite the White House.
The ground is at the end of the road.

 

Harrogate Railway

Official Directions

From M 62 (East) or M1 (North) follow M 621 into Leeds and exit at Junction 2 (by the Elland Road 
Ground). 
Join dual carriageway A 643 and follow Harrogate signs.
Take A 58 at roundabout (becomes A 58M ) and go through underpass.
Take A 61signposted Harrogate via Harewood Park. 
On approaching Pannal take right exit at roundabout to join A 658 via Follyfoot.
At next roundabout turn left onto A 661. 

On the outskirts of Harrogate turn right onto the A59, signposted Knaresborough.
After approx 1.5 miles turn left immediately prior to a pelican crossing, just before the railway level      crossing.           
The ground is 300 yards at the end of the road.
 

               Railway station in Harrogate is approximately 2 mile from the ground but you can a catch a 
               Knaresborough bus from Harrogate railway station

              
Railway station at Starbeck is 0.1 miles from the ground

My alternative avoiding Leeds Centre 

Take the M1 - A1(M) link road north out of West Yorkshire.
Exit at Wetherby and follow signs A 661 Harrogate. (take left exit at mini roundabout just after the bridge over the river) and go through the town centre
Proceed through Spofforth
Go straight ahead at roundabout at junction with A 658.
On the outskirts of Harrogate turn right onto the A59, signposted Knaresborough.
After approx 1.5 miles turn left immediately prior to a pelican crossing, just before the railway level crossing.
The ground is 300 yards at the end of the road.

Lancaster City

Directions:

Take the M 62 West from West Yorkshire (changes to the M60 West at Junction 18 - go straight ahead) 
Leave the M 60 at Junction 15 and join the M 61, signposted Preston.
Move to the left hand lanes!
Proceed to end of the M 61 and join the M 6 North.
Leave the M 60 at junction 33 signposted Lancaster. 
At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A 6, signposted Lancaster.
Follow the A 6 all the way into Lancaster city centre and bear to the left onto the inner ring road.
Follow the signs for the Railway Station.
Turn left at the lights immediately after Waterstones book shop. 
Go up the hill past the railway station on the right.
Take the second turning on the right after the station.
Go down the hill and the ground is on the right. 

The railway station is approximately 200 yards from the ground.
 
Mossley

Directions:
Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire 
L
eave M 62 at Junction 18 
Join the M 60 signposted for Stockport and Airport
Leave the M60 at junction 23 signposted for Ashton-U-Lyne.
Turn left at the top of the slip road signposted A635 Ashton.
Proceed round a large roundabout with a church in the middle and follow 
the Ashton by pass - sigposted Barnsley, Sheffield and Stalybridge.
Go straight ahead at next roundabout 
At the next roundabout there is a church on the left and a large building in the middle.
Take the second exit signposted Mossley, the A 670.
At junction turn right on to Mossley Rd and proceed straight through the traffic lights. 
After approx 2.5 miles up the hill and past Stalybridge Juniors on the right, drop downhill 
entering Mossley town centre. 
Bear to left down Arundel Street (1 way system)
Get into the right hand lane and turn right at the traffic lights.
Continue up the hill and left into Market Street. 
Ground is approx 200 yards on the left. (signposted)


My Alternative 

Leave Holmfirth and take the A 635 over the moors to Greenfield. 
At the mini roundabout by a pub take the A 669 signposted for Oldham.
At the far end of Greenfield bear to the left via a S bend and pass Greenfield 
Railway station.
At the top of the hill turn sharp left and continue on the A 669
Continue straight ahead at the junction opposite the Farrars Arms pub; the A 670 
When you reach Mossley go straight ahead at the traffic lights into Market Place (1 way system)
Then follow the sign for Mossley FC Seal Park.

Newcastle Blue Star

Directions:

Take the M1 - A1(M) link road north out of West Yorkshire.  
Continue north on the A1 (M) to Newcastle.  
Stay on the A1 to the west of Newcastle, past the Metro Centre, heading towards Newcastle Airport.
Branch left (signposted Jedburgh, Airport, City Centre), and then at the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the B 6918 Ponteland Road  (signposted Kingston Park).
At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Kenton Bank (signposted Woolsington), continue forward onto Ponteland Road - B6918.

At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Ponteland Road - B6918

Go under railway bridge and take next right.
Follow this road for approximately ¼ mile and stadium is on left hand side.
Take 2nd left hand turn into car park.
Ossett Albion

Under M 1 motorway 
Just after motorway Turn left onto A 6128 through Horbury

               After Horbury centre take left turn into Horbury Road 
               Pass Dimple Wells Hotel on the left

               Dimple Wells is on the left (Ground and cricket club is signposted )

 

               From Huddersfield take A 642 towards Wakefield – pass through Middlestown under
               railway bridge and over bridge at Horbury Bridge.

               Turn right just before the pub (Ship Inn) on your left.
               Go up the hill, a couple of bad corners, past school on the left until you reach the
               junction at the top

               Turn left into Horbury Road  
               Pass Dimple Wells Hotel on the left
               Dimple Wells is on the left (Ground and cricket club is signposted )

Radcliffe Borough

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire (changes to M60 West at Junction 18 - go straight ahead) 
and then leave at Junction 17.
Take A 56 signposted Whitefield and Bury.
Take turning on left A 665 to Radcliffe.
At Radcliffe follow by pass to Bolton Road.
When you reach Turf Hotel, turn right into Unsworth Road.
Ground is on the left after approximately half a mile, Colshaw Close East

Ground is approximately 1/2 mile from Radcliffe railway station
 

Rossendale United

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire

eave M 62 at Junction 18 and take M 66 North following signs for Burnley.
At the end of the motorway the road becomes the A 56.
Branch off the dual carriage way to the right and follow signs for Rawtenstall on the A 682.
At large roundabout in Rawtenstall take A 682 signed for Burnley on dual carriageway

Proceed past ASDA supermarket.
At the next set of traffic lights get into the filter lane on the right and turn right into Newchurch Road.
Continue on Newchurch Road for about a mile, passing a Baptist church on the left.
Shortly after turn right into Staghills Road.
The road veers to the left and the ground is about 800 yards on the right.

Ground is 6 miles from the nearest railway station at Accrington.

Skelmersdale United

Official Directions

Take M 62 West from West Yorkshire (changes to M60 West at Junction 18 - go straight ahead) and
then join the M 62 West again at Junction 12 - tricky intersection to the right (basically the old M62).
Leave M 62 at Junction 10 and join M 6 North, signposted Preston.
Leave M 6 at Junction 2
6 and follow signs for Skelmersdale on the M 58
Exit M58 at Junction 4 (signposted Skelmersdale)
Carry straight on at next roundabout (Hope Island) into Glenburn Road.
Turn left at next roundabout (Half Mile Island) into Neverstitch Road (signposted Stanley Industrial
Estate).
Immediately right at next roundabout into Staveley Road and then left into Statham Road. Ground is
500 yards on left in Selby Place.

Nearest Railway Station is nearly 3 miles away at Parbold

Leave M 60 at Junction 25, signposted Bredbury.
Follow A 560 signposted Bredbury and Sheffield.
Just after passing McDonalds Drive thru turn left at traffic lights and proceed down Stockport Road towards Woodley.
Pass under railway bridge at Bredbury Railway station.
Pass St Mark's Church on the right and reach traffic lights
Immediately after the traffic lights is the Lowes Arms pub (this is before the Waggon and Horse pub)
Turn left into Mill Street.
Proceed over the bridge on Mill Lane and then follow signs to the ground

Ground is about 1/2 mile from Woodley Railway station

My Alternative 1

Leave Holmfirth and take A 635 over the moors to Greenfield.

You can go via the A 628 Woodhead Pass but long queues are usually encountered on the approach to the M 67.
Take M 67 and follow signs for Manchester Airport on M 60. 
Leave M 60 at Junction 25 and follow as above.
